The Welfare Officers of all Counties and clubs in the ASA East Region are invited to a free Welfare Officers Day which will comprise:

Talks by:

Barbara Barrett   ASA Independent Child Protection Officer

Jenni Dearman  ASA National Child Safeguarding Co-ordinator

Detective Inspector Keith Oddy of the Child Protection Major Investigation Team

Samantha Massey the ASA CRB Co-ordinator will also attend to answer any questions about CRB’s and the Vetting and Barring Scheme.

Further speakers of interest will also be sought.

A buffet lunch will be provided.
