Speed trials to select teams for the Peanuts competition which starts in April; Hemel normally enters 3 teams in this Herts-based junior team competition.  All swimmers who are aged between 9 (i.e. must be 9 by the 3o June 2010 - the last date of the competition) and are under 13 as at 30 June 2010 should attend.

The following changes will be made to training on the evening of Sunday, 28th March

• Training for swimmers aged 8 and under as at 30th June in Aquabears, Sealions and Seals will take place as normal.
• Training for anyone aged 13 or over as at 30th June in Otters, Junior or Development Squads is cancelled.
• County Squad training is cancelled.
• Regional Squad and Masters will have one hour of training from 8pm – 9pm
