Skill Development Squads
Usually having progressed through Aquabears or the Academy, swimmers are allocated to our Skill Development Squads of Sealions, Seals and Otters.

The lead coach for these squads is Lauren Wilding, who is supported by a number of volunteer helpers, the majority of whom are parents of club swimmers or older swimmers. In addition to working poolside during training sessions, coaches also support swimmers at competitions.
